• (2) Plat of Survey with grades by State of Illinois licensed engineer or surveyor
• (3) Construction Plans by State of Illinois registered design professional
• (3) Fire Sprinkler Plans by State of Illinois registered design professional
• Contractor List
• $2,500 Retainer
