 The Oak Forest Community Center, located at 15501 S. Kilpatrick Avenue, is available for use by families and organizations. Requests to rent this facility are welcome and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Beginning July 2010, a check for the security deposit ($300) must accompany the application to reserve a date to use the community center. It is returnable if all rules and regulations are followed.

The application is not final until the city counter-signs it.

Unless an application is approved and counter-signed immediately, the applicant should call 708-687-4050, ext. 1005.

The rental fee ($200.00) must be paid to the Clerk's Office at least one month (30 days) before the date the event will be held.

- A Certificate of Insurance must be returned along with the rental fee ($200.00) to the Clerk's Office 30 days before the date of rental.

All rules and regulations on the application form must be complied with.
