Trick-or-Treat Hours

Happy Halloween! This year, trick-or-treat hours are from 3 to 8 p.m., rain or shine. Residents are encouraged to display the city’s Halloween sign to let trick-or-treaters know they are or are not participating in trick-or-treating. Signs are available to download or pickup at the front counter at City Hall.
