Missing Person: Otis Williams

The Oak Forest Police Department is requesting the public’s help in finding Otis Williams, who was last seen this afternoon in the 17000 block of Lockwood Ave. He was wearing jeans and a dark colored, short-sleeve shirt. He has a mild developmental disability.  If you see him, please contact police.
