Happy New Year!
I’ve been informed that the first installment property tax bill will be mailed in March 2026 instead of February 2026. It will be due Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The due date was extended by one month (typically March 1) because of previous administrative delays with the 2025 tax cycle.
