| How to submit a bid: The vehicle is identified as Inventory #1. Individual vehicle inventory bids must be sealed in separate envelopes marked with the inventory number on the bidding envelope. Bids are to be delivered to the attention of Scott Burkhardt, City Clerk at the City Clerk’s Office address noted above. Bids will be accepted until 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 10. Bids will be opened in Council Chambers on Friday, December 11 at 10 a.m. Please be advised that the City of Oak Forest reserves the right to reject any or all bids for said vehicle(s).
