Business License Fees

All fees and charges for licenses and permits shall be paid in advance to the City Clerk at the time the application therefor is filed. Business licenses shall be issued annually, and fees shall be based on a full year rate, which shall cover the whole year or any portion of the license period for which application is made. 

Oak Forest Fee Schedule

(1) Base license fee $50; plus

As to any of the businesses housed in a commercial building where state law has preempted local authority, and are subject to an annual fire inspection by the Oak Forest Fire Department, the City of Oak Forest shall require an annual business registration administration fee of $50 instead of the annual inspection fee based on square footage.
